DadarMandi2Home ("we", "our", "us") operates the DadarMandi2Home app and website to deliver fresh fruits and vegetables from Dadar Mandi, Mumbai, to your home. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.
When you place an order, we collect: your name, phone number, delivery address, and the items you order. If you pay online, payment is processed securely by Razorpay — we do not store your card, UPI, or bank details ourselves.
We use your information only to fulfil and deliver your order, to contact you about your order if needed, and to let you look up your own past orders using your phone number.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except our payment processor (Razorpay) for the purpose of completing your payment, and delivery personnel for the purpose of delivering your order.
Your order information is stored securely using Supabase, a database hosting provider.
You can choose Cash on Delivery instead of online payment if you prefer not to share payment details. You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you or to request it be deleted.
